Do you accept pets?

You are more than welcome to bring your friend to your new home! Just a $500 pet deposit and $20 a month pet rent! Some breed restrictions apply, contact us for more detials.

Is there a washer and dryer in each apartment?

Hookups in all floorplans except for smallest one bedroom

How much does utilities cost?

The tenant is responsible for electricity going through OG&E

Water, sewer, gas, and trash are covered by your Resident Services fee.
